Enitra offers special elevator belts of new generation with thick and thin covers in black and white colour. They have varoius resistance range and special properties such as:
- high abrasion resistance
- vegetable and animal oil fat resistance
- temperature resistance of a wide range
We also offer elevator belts with FDA food certificate and belts for verical transport with ATEX certificate for explosive working condition application.
For elevator belts we offer steel, stainless steel and plastic PA, PE, PU buckets , bolts and belt fasteners.
Application
Overlays
Elevator belts with thick covers enable toaccomodate the bolt head when tightening.For elevator belts with thin covers the bolt head will not accomodate but only if the bucket is non-standard. For standard buckets that are in compliance with DIN and are equipped with recessed holes. The recessed area surrounding the bolt hole is intended to accommodate the similarly domed surface under the bolt. For non-standard bolts and buckets below effect has place.
Explosion risk
Conveyor belts for cereal, sugar and other dusty products should not cause explosion risk. For this kind of working conditions special belts with ATEX certificate should be applied.

The selection of a proper elevator belt should be based on specific belt working conditions.
